Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

  • A one-time, no-penalty reschedule is permitted if unexpected circumstances arise.

  • Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

  • Repeated rescheduling may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings.

All services must be paid in full prior to the session unless otherwise stated. Due to the energetic and time-based nature of the work, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once a session has been delivered.
